Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Students must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Private classes and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Eligibility for Rescheduling:

  • Private classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time will not be accepted, and the class will be considered attended.

  • Rescheduled classes are subject to availability.

4. Limitations on Rescheduling:

  • Each private class can be rescheduled only once.
  • Multiple rescheduling requests for the same class will not be accommodated.

Content Access and Copyright Protection

1. Access to Purchased Materials:

  • All materials purchased can only be accessed on my website, anasrussianclass.com.
  • Purchased materials are not downloadable and must be accessed through the website to protect my content and copyright.

2. Copyright Protection:

  • All content on anasrussianclass.com is protected by copyright. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of the content in any form is strictly prohibited.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
